SEED’s social impact

SEED's social impact

So we measured our social impact in terms of hard data and this is what we found:
Between 2010 to date SEED has earned $1.375 Million in income (Excluding funding, this is from providing commercially competitive services). Employed 56 people – 76% of whom have come from a long term unemployed / disadvantaged background such as Refugee / CALD / Long Term Unemployed / Youth / People with Mental Illness. Paid half a million dollars ($489,797) in wages, at or above award rates to this target group.
I’m very pleased to say that this impact has happened under my leadership and it gives me a real energy boost to continue growing SEED to scale
